Custom Made Glazing

CABINET BOY makes all our own custom stains and glazes. Glazing is often used on cabinets to create an aged or distressed look, or to create more depth by accenting your cabinet's detail. The custom glaze is made and is applied after the staining and sealing process has been completed on your cabinets, but before the final clear coat application. This process is commonly used when a darker glaze such as a "coffee" is lightly applied on the field and applied heavier on details and joints showcasing the accent detail.
